Barry J. Ryan

Barry J. Ryan has had sexual abuse allegations brought against him that the Diocese of Brooklyn has found to be credible. He is one of over one hundred clergy members with claims made against them in a recently released list. Ryan was ordained on March 27, 1976, and served his assignments at St. Mark, BK; St. Fidelis, College Point; and as a military chaplain. He was formally removed from the ministry in 1994 and laicized on October 28, 2011.
