Msgr. Thomas David Dougherty

Msgr. Thomas David Dougherty was credibly accused of sexual abuse as a priest. Dougherty was ordained on June 30, 1950 and was assigned to Ascension in Elmhurst; Fontbonne Hall Academy; Bishop McDonnell High School; Post Ordination Studies at Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.; St. Paul, Brooklyn; St. Joseph Faculty House; and St. Athanasius. He died on December 12, 1996.
