Throughout our website, and in fact most personal injury firm websites, you see offers of a free consultation or case evaluation. If you’re like many people, you may not know what that means beyond the fact that you won’t be charged.

What to Expect When You Call Us

We can’t speak for other firms and how they handle initial consultations. However, when you contact us for help, we’ll schedule a time for one of our partners, Rob or Seth, to speak with you personally about your situation. During this conversation, we’ll determine several things, including:

• Whether you have a valid claim for damages, and against whom
• The strength of your claim
• Which of our experienced attorneys is best suited to handle your particular case

After you tell us your story, we may have you answer a few brief questions. If the law is not on your side, we’ll tell you. However, we’ve found that we’re able to help most of the people who reach out to us—in many cases, without having to appear in court.

If we agree to represent you, we’ve got your back throughout the process. There’s never any cost to you unless we help you collect compensation for your injuries.
